Care for 2500 injured, orphaned and habituated animals

This is your chance to get up close and personal to help care for many majestic animals, including elephants, lions, baboons, cheetahs, leopards, birds and so many more! You do not need to have any previous experience or qualifications, as you will learn everything required when you first arrive.

We are really passionate about what we do and the animals we help. You can be sure that all of the below wildlife sanctuaries are 100% ethical, meaning that only animals that have to be in captivity are and that true conservation practices are carried out to make a positive impact on protecting and caring for wildlife.

Our programmes have dedicated start dates, generally available each and every week throughout the year and you can choose to join us from 1-12 weeks.

Our structured and safe wildlife sanctuaries makes volunteering with The Mighty Roar ideal for first time and / or solo travellers. Volunteering is the perfect way to meet like-minded people and allows you to explore a new and exciting destination as a group.

Thailand has a rich biological diversity which has sadly decreased in recent years due to human exploitation. That, coupled with habitat loss and habitat degradation, is pushing much of the Thai wildlife to the brink of extinction. The Wildlife Rescue Centre is the perfect place for volunteering to help combat that.
