Say hello to some of our dedicated team members around the world!

Christopher Holland
Co-ordinator

At the forefront of the organisation, Chris can be found answering questions at all hours of the day and even night! Often told he loves animals more than humans, Chris has a huge passion for volunteering and can be found regularly at the local animal shelter.

Becky Ratcliffe
Co-ordinator

The latest to join the TMR UK team, Becky is here to answer all of your questions and to ensure you have everything you need before you set off on your volunteer journey. Becky loves to travel and see new places and her go to karaoke song is Land Down Under - we're not sure why!

Michelle Holland
Behind The Scenes

Our behind the scenes lady, when Michelle’s not busy with our children and dogs, she will be found keeping on top of the masses of paperwork. This self proclaimed horse whisperer is always hinting about how we need more “office assistants” – also known as animals!

Emily Holland
Part Timer

Our part timer (if we can even call her that!), Emily spends more time abroad than at home and loves to experience new cultures and countries. Emily plans to see the world and has already made a big dent in her to see list! You're likely to see Emily at one of our projects, carrying out some of our regular checks.

Ayomi Jayaratna
Sri Lanka

Ayomi ensures all of our volunteers in Sri Lanka have fun and are well looked after. A seasoned traveller, she knows everything you need to about Sri Lanka! In her free time (not that she gets much), Ayomi looks after her little boy and is a very talented dress designer.

Ketut Mahartana
Bali

Our humble co-ordinator in Bali, Ketut setup his very own foundation to help teach English within his local community. Nowadays, you will more than likely find him out at sea than on land, as he snorkels, dives and paddle boards daily!

Emmanuel Maro
Tanzania

Emmanuel is often referred to as the most calm and happiest person ever. In charge of helping his local community and volunteers, Emmanuel also preaches within his local church, likes reading novels and heading off on a long trek.

Dinah Essel
Ghana

You won’t find a more caring and genuine individual than Dinah! You can be sure to be in safe hands when volunteering in Ghana. She loves singing and dancing and can be regularly found making Tik Tok videos in the corner of the room!

Rahul Gupta
India

An experienced traveller, Rahul now looks forward to welcoming volunteers into his home in India! A former runner up for Mr India, Rahul will often be found in the nearby gym or up on the roof terrace teaching yoga and meditation to volunteers.

Corné Roubaix
Namibia

Corne will be sure to become your big brother in Namibia. With his constant dose of terrific humour, Corné’s larger-than-life personality will ensure you won’t forget him in a hurry - along with his famous "washing machine" dance routine!

Winyoo Srisupachok
Thailand Community

Winyoo is in charge of our childcare and teaching programmes in Thailand and will be sure to make your experience an unforgettable one. If you're into food, then Winyoo is your go to man and loves all Thailand Cuisine! An avid basketball and Liverpool footfall fan - everyone has their flaws!

Chanel Comis
Greece

Chanel co-founded the sea turtle and marine conservation programmes in Greece back in 2012. Her enthusiastic and ambitious attitude, combined with an inherent desire to work with endangered species has inspired her to promote awareness and be devoted to conservation work in Kefalonia and beyond.

Petro Rossouw
Amakhala

Petro being the boots on the ground and team leader, facilitates the program hands on. With a bachelors in Nature Conservation and a fully certified guide she and her team can't wait for helping hands to assist in the conservation and community work!

Nguyen Thanh Mai
Vietnam

Our star in Vietnam, Mai ensures all volunteers enjoy their time in the capital. With a bachelor degree in Chinese and English, as well as a master’s degree in Cultures and development Studies, you’re in good hands! When not in the office, you will often find Mai out and about with the volunteers enjoying the city life.

Phoebe Holland
Trainee

You’re never too young to start! Phoebe loves to help out and is always the first up to ensure everyone is ready to start work (at 5am!). Phoebe has already visited several projects and will joining us on some more adventures around the world soon!
