Over the past 12 months our volunteers have worked hard to create some amazing results.
Contributing over 58,000 hours, our volunteers have rehabilitated and released 2,601 animals, successfully hatched over 20,700 sea turtles and provided education to over 1,500 children around the world.

Marcella: Ethical conservation in Sri Lanka
2025I spent two incredible weeks volunteering with turtles in Sri Lanka through Mighty Roar, and it was an unforgettable experience I would recommend to everyone. TMR is exceptionally more ethical in their environmental conservation efforts than some other volunteer programmes - this was especially evident on the turtle conservation project which was great to see! Ultimately, TMR is great fun and If you’re thinking about going to Sri Lanka with TMR - you won’t regret it.
