Tenerife is multifaceted, not just because of the various landscapes from Mount Teide to the coasts, but also because of the different towns and villages across the island. You can spend your time roaming the major touristy towns of Las Americas, Los Cristianos or Santa Cruz or head a little inland and experience the real Tenerife in smaller villages - the so-called ‘Guachinches’.
